Specifically it was a pleasure working with Crystal and the extended Trico sales and build team. The build was beyond expectations, from the progress updates, the quality of the build, and the earlier possession date. We would highly recommend Crystal and Trico homes for anyone who is considering a new home purchase. Me and my wife liked the oxford model and decided to buy the house in last September. Trico’s is very good at understanding the customer needs and this model is a good example.We are satisfied with the final product.
The customer service hasbeen exceptional and the upgrade prices were reasonable and definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice spacious family home. We moved in January 2019 and we are very satisfied with the quality of the materials, especially the insulation of our townhouse. The gas bill for heating for the coldest winter in the last 40 years was 68$. Also, we had a problem with the fridge and Justine from the warranty department took care of everything, I’ve just left the key at the show-home. Also, I have to mention how friendly is Cindy at the sales who helped us pick the best home for our needs. 100% of employees would recommend working at Trico Homes.

We were amazed with Trico's base floor plans as it looked like it already is upgraded (Ceiling height, Windows, etc. ) and so we went ahead with them. The quality and finish of this townhouse is poor. Rushed and lazily completed, from the design of the townhouse until the last nail . Was our main point of contact during this process. It was our pleasure to be working with her with most of the process. She was patient, smart and understanding with us and we're happy to recommend her and the team whenever possible.
That’s why we’ve built a company that builds so much more than quality houses. While we were on the stages of finding a builder 2-3 years ago, Trico wasn't on our list. Other homebuilders' floor plans had too much "upgrades" involved. Though it may look cheaper, there were upgrades that you just have to get.
